• Delays in receiving information, approvals, or platform access may impact setup timeframes

• Ongoing subscriptions are required to maintain access to the platform and connected systems

• Platform performance may occasionally be impacted by third-party outages or software limitations outside of our control
• Additional support requests outside included allowances may incur additional fees

To access the platform, businesses are required to subscribe to one of the below Digital Ecosystem packages.
Please note:
• The CRM Setup & Strategy fee is a once-off onboarding and configuration cost
• A monthly subscription is required to maintain access to the platform
• Additional automations, custom workflows, AI features, SMS usage, or advanced setup requests may incur additional fees
• Subscription packages can be paid monthly or yearly depending on your preference
